Lumina Dragons received their names from their highly reflective scales, which—at times—seem to glow. They are vain, always strutting about and preening incessantly; if one of their scales has so much as a scratch or a defect, they’ll remove it. Luckily, their scales grow back quickly, and each new growth is more beautiful than the last. These narcissistic dragons live in small groups and prefer to surround themselves with beauty. The females guard their territory and eggs while the males search for vegetation to eat.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Draelirae's has no secrets about it nor its occupant, but many rumors persist about both. She is located far north in a frozen crystal cavern that is rather large (even compared to other dragon lairs). The cavern has several entrances and is filled with reflective surfaces to, from the dragon's own words, "reflect the image of perfection contained within".

She truly exemplifies her race's vanity with every statement and action she makes, but she can be kind. For example, Draelirae allows visitors to attempt to find their way through her mirroring maze of a nest as a game. She then gives small prizes for the winners who get out first and then escorts the ones who lose to safety afterwards. However, the reverse is also true. Any who attempt to defile her sanctum or body are never heard from again, and very often the close relations of the perpetrator then vanish without a trace. She says it must be coincidence or fear, but a few claimed seeing her smile ever-so-slightly after her reply.
