Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; they only eat plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons since they only double in size when they mature. Mint dragons are unable to use magic and cannot fly since they lack wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Brad is almost painfully shy and timid. He's so shy, in fact, that he can even come off as cold and unapproachable to others, what with his tendency to mentally answer with monosyllabic words and his preference to stay silent on most occasions. He doesn't really intend to be so seemingly cold to others, but he's so afraid of being hurt by others like he has been before that he can't really help it. Brad's extreme shyness is like a defense mechanism of sorts, in that way.

The only dragons that have managed to get past this mask are Joseph and Richard. Joseph due to his overbearing, flamboyant, and dynamic personality, and Richard due to his exceeding kindness and almost entirely selfless nature. Brad really only associates with these two dragons, though he has been seen to associate with others more as a result of his two friends.
