White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Isabelle Lopez is undisputed queen of the ward of Mt. Aleser's dominant lair. Surgeon Rex is an apt title for her, for though she's hardly caused more than a bruise or scratch to her patients, she's mastered a severely unnerving noise made by rattling her throat. She uses this god-awful noise to keep order in her ward and to issue challenges to her numerous apprentices when things start to get out of hand.

She does her job well and is good friends with Pedro Montague and Ranrar, a brimstone dragon and a gilded bloodscale respectively.
