Turpentine Dragons are named for the oil that covers their scales. This oil resembles turpentine in odor and is mildly toxic; it will not kill but it burns to the touch and will cause illness in anyone who ingests it. Turpentine Dragons roam in large packs, often stealing food from larger dragons, though they are able to hunt for themselves if necessary. Many other breeds consider Turpentine Dragons to be pests, so they primarily breed among themselves.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Known specially among her clan, Fankrai became "famous" at an early age. But it was not exactly in a good way. Adopted for being a member of the new breed, Fankrai's egg, as all new dragon breeds are treated in the Uncita Clan, was respected and cared for lovingly. But despite the seem love for the egg, the other dragons were constantly bothered by the scent of turpentine. And to make things worse, Fankrai was raised horribly as a hatchling. Her owner gained burns on her hands which prevented her from caring for the hatchling. Other hatchlings bullied and insulted her constantly, calling her a "freak" often. But as she got older, Fankrai got revenge. Fankrai trained herself into being an extraordinate at frauds, and tricked all sorts of dragons, even innocent ones, into being captured by her tricks. She seems to dislike a lot of things, even her owner, whom still loves Fankrai even though.
