Blacktip Dragons are a small, shore-dwelling breed that tend to nest on sheer ocean side cliffs. They live in groups under a dominant female, who prevents her subordinates from breeding. During the mating season, a group of Blacktips can be very noisy and smelly indeed; males produce a distinctive musky odor and loud, low-pitched honking noises in an attempt to woo the alpha female.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Dalwir Psygod lives on a rock of misfit dragons in the middle of O'Hiyel Ocean. He didn't always live there, though. As a hatchling, Dalwir Psygod lived in a kingdom of Black-Tipped dragons. He was actually deemed to become the mate of the princess at the time. They hatched the same moment, and in the same hospital. Their mothers were wonderful friends, and they looked exactly alike when they hatched. So, therefore, the families decided it was fate for the two to be mated. The two were forced to hang out, and therefore were great friends, though everyone else thought it was more than that. But no, just friends. But one day, Dalwir Psygod was flying with his friend, and was shot down by a foolish human. His left wing was injured badly. The family then isolated him on a lonely, stormy beach after much pleading from the princess. Sooner or later, a group of dragons came to save him from the dreaded place and took him to the island he lives on now. He now tells stories to hatchlings.
