Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
The brother of Phobos, Deimos is the second to be destined to join the Posluga (a group of dragons which serve the High Family). Deimos was first discovered by Flight when she was walking along the edge of the Mountains of Elgar, just before the Desert of Melctar. Flight picked up the egg and took it home despite knowing what the egg contained and raised Deimos in her own home. When the leader of the High Family, a Guardian dragon named Chaos, appeared before Flight and the Vampire hatchling and proclaimed that Deimos was destined to join the Posluga, dislike for the hatchling increased in the Mountains of Elgar. Among all of this, Deimos cared little for what his siblings and the other dragons thought of him, thinking only of how he could best terrorize his next victim. He has now joined with his brother, Phobos, as a part of the Posluga and can only be seen during times of terror and pain. He represents public terror.
