Geode Dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Thailia lives a fairly sheltered life. When she first got her wings, she was so jealous that the other dragons could fly, she followed Keith's path to the summit of Celestiale Cascate and jumped off. She had wings, she reasoned, what use were they if she couldn't fly.

The result was disastrous. She landed on her back, causing a massive crack spiderwebbing from wing to tail. The split causes her a lot of pain. The more motherly figures, Ferox, Elders, or Nebbia, all swarm her and she never goes anywhere unattended. She is obsessed over, often trying to flee from the attention.

Thailia is extremely free willed, however. The tighter the clan tries to wrap her up, the more often she escapes, inducing a man hunt.

She thinks the can do more than is possible still. She's sure she can swim when she sinks; certain she can climb when she falls. Ultimately, she causes more trouble than she's worth in Mexa's group. Thailia doesn't watch her mouth and most often says things how they are.
