Failed attempts to experiment with magic often result in transforming dragons into these hellish creatures. They are extremely dangerous, and will mindlessly kill any living creature without regard to friend or foe.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

R'maj was formerly a Bright Breasted Wyvern, and a delicate and lovely creature. She was killed by Empire for a minor trespass, which launched the entirety of the horde into an almost desperate war against the vampires. Lucife, along with the other White dragons, pooled together their magic in an attempt to resurrect R'maj, but the attempt failed--or so they thought. The next day, a tattered corpse with shreds of bright color was seen wandering around the outskirts of the horde's territory, shambling and emaciated. Whereas she was once full of life and a vibrant soul, now R'maj is nothing more than a decimated shell of a dragon, bound to this world with failed magic and never knowing true peace. All traces of her former life are gone--she is emotionless, thoughtless, and vicious, seeking to destroy the very thing that she does not have any more. Her mate, Python's Beauty, has followed her in an attempt to bring her back to the horde, hoping to reverse what has been done.
