Water Walkers are small dragons that are frequently found around bogs and ponds. While they are flightless, they retain the flight sacs and hollow bones of their airborne cousins. These traits, coupled with their extraordinarily long, webbed toes, allow them to stand on top of calm waters, using their small sails to propel them wherever they please. They spend the majority of their lives on the water, retreating to the tops of lily pads when the waters become too rough to float atop.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Roze always wondered what was wrong with her. Her own mother, the most beautiful female in all the clan, a godly gold dragon, hated her. And for what. All because Roze was not 'pretty'. Her own mother had tossed her aside after the long grueling birth, disgusted with the egg she gave life to. If it had not been for the generosity of Holly, she probably would have died. Her father, Beast, as he call himself, keeps trying to convince her to hate Daisy back, to want revenge, to want to kill a golden sibling. But she can't. She will just keep watching from afar, gazing at Daisy and the other attractive family she created. Until she finds a mate, she'll keep leaving the most perfect daisies she can find at the entrance to mother's tunnel. Maybe one day Daisy will realize who they're from, and maybe then she'll realize what she left behind.
