Lumina Dragons received their names from their highly reflective scales, which—at times—seem to glow. They are vain, always strutting about and preening incessantly; if one of their scales has so much as a scratch or a defect, they’ll remove it. Luckily, their scales grow back quickly, and each new growth is more beautiful than the last. These narcissistic dragons live in small groups and prefer to surround themselves with beauty. The females guard their territory and eggs while the males search for vegetation to eat.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Pride is this dragon's greatest weakness. Her looks are her most prized possession, and any insult, even meant in jest, is one taken to heart with her. She is, however, a relatively sweet dragon, always pointing out others' best qualities, such as color of their scales, how sharp their claws are, even just how kind they are. For this reason she isn't seen as annoying like most of her breed. Throughout the day she can be seen going over her scales, or flitting around the castle conversing with its other occupants. Her favorite dragons (besides her own breed) are the Sunsongs, as their beautiful, dazzling scales are almost as amazing as her own in her opinion. Often she and the amphipteres are seen flying overhead, a wonderful sight to see throughout the day.
