Sunbeam Drakes are the diurnal counterparts to Moonglow Drakes, their eggs having been laid during the daylight hours. They are around the size of a small dog, and while docile, can be flighty and easily startled. Most can be found high in treetops enjoying the bright sunlight, tucking themselves away at the first sign of a storm or impending nightfall. Sunbeam Drakes enjoy flying in the light of the sun, and their treetop dances are beautiful, dazzling, and serene.

Though it may appear at first that dragons and drakes have much in common, the two are completely separate species. Drakes are smaller and less intelligent than their cousin species, though both dragons and drakes sit comfortably near the top of the food chain. They are always found bearing antlers and leathery wings. Drakes share many of the same habitats that dragons do, and typically hunt in packs.

User Description

The House of Augusta is a noble, proud house. Rumors say they have the ears of kings and decide the fates of empires -- that they rule from the shadows. Rumors too say that they are powerful in the art of magic and own or are owned by an immensely powerful figure nearly the equal of a god.

Dark, mysterious, and unearthly are all words commonly used to describe the house -- a house so cloaked in shadow and mystery that its head figures are often entirely unknown to any outsiders.

Somehow, from this house of dark beauty, Lania Augusta was born. She prefers to call herself Tiggamuffin Fluffykins Augusta, and she's quite insistent on it.  Her parents are still trying to figure out exactly what went wrong. Tiggamuffin seems oblivious to their confusion and occasional despair. Sunny, cheerful, and decidedly NOT very good at keeping secrets, she keeps this noble house on its toes.
