Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has bright blue eyes, and is as clumsy as any other hatchling, but it never seems to get injured.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Skyler is the prankster of the clan. Being the only resident frozen hatchling, he must have something to do, right<br/>Skyler often feels left out, watching as over and over hatchlings grow up without a hitch as he remains the same. He never converses with most of them, only pranks them; even Sasha, whom he was rather close to.<br/>He often dreams of being a full fledged healer, able to endlessly cure his friends and earn the admiration of a female. <br/>But he will never. He always drowns his sorrows in the soap and laxative he so often slips into Bolero's dinner. Bolero is the frequent target of his pranks, often cursing the hatchling, although in truth, the two are nearly the same age.<br/>But he is big with the hatchlings. Most enjoy him quite a bit. And it seems Titon still likes him as well. The two are often seen trolling around the lagoon together.<br/>And he is deeper than most will give him credit for. Get him past the constant jokes and you may just see how in tune with the world he really is..
