Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Zephyr the Origami dragon is not one for staying in one place. In fact, he has such a love for traveling that he is rarely seen in his clan, if ever. As a young hatchling, Zephyr often ran off and spent days having adventures in his clan's territory, which often scared the foster mothers to death. They worried that he would get burned to ashes or become a pile of mush as soon as he tried to cross a river. But Zephyr never endangered himself, and always flew back on his little wings after a week or so. Eventually, they gave up and just let him go wherever he wanted, and Zephyr ventured farther and farther away. As he matured, he made it clear that he wanted to travel the world. The lush forests, hot volcanoes, and icy north lands of his clan's territory didn't satisfy him. And so he left, to far-off places and lands. He rarely comes to visit, but when he does, he always brings with him strange things, languages, and stories from the different dragon cultures and clans around the world.
