Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
The result of teenage hormones and a night without chaperones, Final Mistake was just that, a mistake. Her mother didn't have the patience, the father didn't have the time, and they both couldnt stand the sight of each other, so they abandoned the evidence of their former relationship. Final Mistake was picked up many times by negligent owners, each one unimpressed by her pedigree. Finally she was just left to rot in the corner of the cave, next to the discarded egg shells and the bones from breakfast. Somehow, Final Mistake shook her egg and rolled herself into the nest of a bored crow. With nothing better to do, the crow sat on the egg and hatched the pitiful dragon. With much training, Final Mistake turned out to be quite a good crow. Shy fledglings admire her from afar, mister-crows want her, the lady-crows want to be her. With her raucous laugh and shrieking voice, not to mention her large collection of shiny objects, it's no wonder why Final Mistake is so popular.
