Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It is so full of energy that you have a hard time keeping up with it.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Taronyutsyip, or Tsyip as he is called by his clanmates, is Peyral's protege and, consequently, one of the Firewind clan's best hunters. Like any other hatchling, he was eager to grow up, but chose to be frozen by his mentor so he could be smaller and less noticeable while hunting. Unlike Peyral, however, he focuses less on speed and more on stealth, sometimes creeping up right behind a prey item before striking. Additionally, his talents prove useful during battle, as he can use his stealth to scout for battlefields and spy on opponents.
