Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has a somber color, but is surprisingly playful.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Husgz was given the adjective "Unlucky" because of how unlucky he is to have an appearance that resembles a black cat, complete with the slitted eyes and short coat of fur. Every superstitious dragon and person (which includes almost everyone in the cave and nearby village) steers clear of him, giving him little chance at being social. He always asks anyone who doesn't walk away why he has to resemble "some stupid ol' black colored mammal". They always reply by saying that he should appreciate his looks, then usually walk away or bump his nose for calling cats stupid.
