Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Sky wants nothing more than to be free, of both chains and responsibilities, as she dances her way through life. Scatterbrained and incessantly cheerful, most dragons in the cave treat her as a hatchling, even though she is one of the oldest dragons in the cave. She will spend hours (or, the length of her attention span) begging a single dragon to play, and often getting her way because of the sheer annoyance she can be. She loves hatchlings to a fault, as they are her usual playmates and very rarely turn her down at a game. When unable to find a playmate, she will practice her dancing, perfecting elegant and graceful moves during flight. Her manoeuvres are complex, and many wonder how her infantile mind manages to create and conceive of such intricate exercises. Even with her ditsy and flighty demeanor, however, she does truly care for every dragon in the cave, and will defend them with a very adult sense of determination.
