Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Light of Moon is a very modest but beautiful moonstone dragon that matured a few months after Stormcloud Gray. Even when she was a hatchling she was able to calm him down by either a few words or mentioning how the storm scared her. As soon as she was an adult Stormcloud Gray wasted no time in claiming her as his mate. It is not uncommon to see an opening in the clouds or storm where ever she is flying because Stormcloud Gray is so protective of her.

As there are more dragons in the cave their owner has now given them assigned jobs to make the cave run smoother. Light of Moon is a Night Sentry.
