Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The true and only name of this pretty dragon female is not known by anyone, not even by her partners. She tells only her nickname—Hened. This is why is she known as "The Hened one." She is older than her current partner, Pryftan the Smaug Jr., and she has two children with another bronze shimmer-scale dragon, whom she left for the sake of Pryftan. She is a really crazy dragon that does unbelievable things, but she doesn't lack the grace and beauty that are typical for Royal Blue dragons.
