White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

When he showed up in this cave, he was the only White Dragon besides a fabled frozen hatchling of which no one knew whether it was real or not. He is definitely real, although he is hardly less mysterious, as he seldom feels the need to communicate. Mostly he sits high up on a rock, silent and motionless like a statue. But when his healing powers are needed, he can move very fast and work tirelessly, turning any eligible nearby dragons into his assistants by hissing instructions at them.

Of course he is a vegetarian like all dragons of his species, but if you watch him closely you will notice that he only eats dry leaves or windfalls; he will not kill, not even a living plant. And it is said that he will heal anyone, indiscriminately, saints and sinners alike.
