Melismor Dragons are social, good-natured dragons that enjoy the shelter of forested areas. They live in close-knit family groups, burrowing deep into the earth and creating extensive, winding networks of underground burrows. While rarely seen at the surface, Melismor Dragons, when encountered, are known to be fiercely loyal and protective, yet kind when their families aren’t in any danger. These dragons are omnivorous, but most of their diet consists of plants, especially tender roots, and honey is a favored treat they’ll often bring back to their burrows to share.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Xheria, just like the rest of her kind, prefers burrows and the like.

Out in the farlands, she resides with a silver who is ashamed of himself, and hides away in Xheria's burrows.

She doesn't quite understand his reasoning, as his scales look more than perfect to her. But there is no convincing him, so she patiently waits by his side, telling him stories and giving him compliments.

Infertile when paired with him, the two lonely ones still stay together (as Xheria was abandoned shortly after she was born), with no thoughts of leaving eachother. To her, he is family.

In the farlands, the dragons are widespread, practically a sea in size, with under 5,000 dragons in the barren lands, so the pair never see anyone else, or so they thought.

A young sapphire traveling through the farlands and to Akermind stumbled into their burrow and was frightened about half to death.

The couple took pity and decided to aide the sapphire along her determined quest. How it played out is unknown.
