Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

While at first glance one might assume that Misty is one of the synaesthetics of the clan, the truth is far simpler. As a hatchling she once met a human alchemist, who sold a liquid of milky, silvery colour, which he claimed to have been brewed during a night of the full moon. Misty has no idea if those claims hold any truth, but she definitely liked the mild taste of the beverage.
