Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Chocsicle was hatched a blind dragon. No one would tell her why or how she could not see, and whether or not if she would ever see the strange environment around her. Ridiculed and unaccepted at first, she rose above most of her hatchling companions and is now an elder of her clan.

Because of her clan's nonacceptance at first, Chocsicle is paranoid of ever feeling the same way again. Territorial of her status, she often eyes hatchlings with much potential as a threat. Though still sunny and bright, often racing through the fields with her friends, she can turn into a power hungry dragon at the next second.
