White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Unlike many of the dragons in his group, King Patriarch Gezzartur's title actually means something; he is the oldest of the male dragons of the group, and all other dragons defer to him or to the Queen Matriarch, his consort, Helqerka. Due to being a pacifist like the rest of his breed, he does not like fighting, and is often the one whom the others call upon to settle disputes. Gezzartur, like his consort, sees all the dragons in his care as his children or grandchildren, and whenever they are threatened he is found healing the wounded or shepherding the hatchlings to safety. He is very calm—a far cry from his fiery consort—but once in a while his patience will snap, causing him to snap at the other dragons and to leave the group for a bit. Still, like his consort, Gezzartur does his best to be fair and impartial.

A little known fact about Gezzartur is that his name is related to his position; it is derived from "Geysa" which is Hungarian for chief, and Arthur, as in King Arthur.
