Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Ya Muqtadir is a polygamist. This is no small feat as both of his life mates live in the same cave as him and both want his undivided attention. While courting females for a life mate Ya Muqtadir met two very different, yet very beautiful dragons. Cocamama, is his first life mate. She is a gold dragon filled with life and laughter. Her hearty personality and boisterous ways intrigued Ya Muqtadir and he had to make her his mate. Lucky for him, Cocamama enjoyed his company equally as much and was more than happy to oblige his request to become life mates. Potina is his second life mate and a silver dragon. Her gleaming scales caught his attention and her bubbly personality charmed him so. He was instantly putty in her hands and she fell hard for him too. This became a tricky situation for him as he had no desire to be without either of them. Somehow, with his sharp wit and caring ways he talked both females into remaining as his life mates. Now he lives the best of both worlds.
