Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

There was a great Red dragon seen not too long ago, sniffing around the outskirts of a nearby village. The next day, the village was found to be deserted, with only a few bones left. What happened was that this male named Fiercerodar had been hungry and hadn't eaten for days. So when he started smelling food, he naturally came to where the scent was coming from. Well, it turns out that it was a village he was smelling. Half starved to death, the dragon attacked the village at night and killed all the people, eating them. His tummy soon full, too full to finish the bones of his last victim, he left, just leaving the bones that were found the next day. Later on, records had been found, proving that this ferocious male had done this to other villages before. Many people feared him and left whenever he came around. A human's best hope if they ever encounter this dragon is to hide and hope Fiercerodar cannot find them.
