Nocturne Dragons are a strange breed. Whenever light strikes their bodies, they are frozen in whatever position they were in. This leaves them vulnerable and they rely on camouflage to keep themselves safe. They are often mistaken for statues when in this frozen state, but Nocturne dragons do not actually turn into stone. Rather, they merely idle until the sun goes down. At night, these dragons come to life, proving themselves to be powerful fliers, although little else is known about their true behavior.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Prince Trollface Trolskius has the title of prince because he is, in essence, the Prince of Trolls for The Group—he spends most of his time being a complete jerk and doing many rude things to get a reaction out of the other dragons. The only dragons who he does not play pranks on are the oldest dragons, either out of respect or because the last time he tried, he got quite the spanking. Trollface's most frequent victims include Sir Theodore Roosevelt II (whose response is generally to cry) and Zilkeh Dusktreader (who stomps off in a silent fury). A special mention goes to the reactions of Skeo Bedrock, whom Trollface pesters constantly. This will always get him a punch in the face, usually coupled with such flimsy excuses as "Oops, my fist slipped" or "I didn't see you there," yet Trollface still persists.
A little known fact about Trollface is that his name is actually a reference to the myths about trolls who turn to stone in the sun.
