Olive Dragons are a small, forest-dwelling breed, rarely growing much larger than the average sheep. When alarmed, they can erect a long row of venomous spines on their back, serving to warn any potential predators that Olives are not a good choice for a meal. While not strong enough to kill anything larger than a small deer, their venom causes an extremely painful reaction and necrosis at the bite site, sometimes causing the flesh to rot and limbs to fall off.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
The general consensus amongst the dragons of his clan is that Gwimn is crazy. No one knows why this is, but he was a little off even as a hatchling. He refused to play with anyone other than his imaginary friends, and either ignored or violently attacked other hatchlings. Now Gwimn only attacks if someone tries to touch him, but his self-inflicted seclusion has gotten worse. He spends his time searching for food or digging in the dirt for no discernable reason, muttering to himself all the while. He lives in a large den beneath the roots of an oak tree, and panics when another dragon (or human) who isn't Haloth tries to visit. Haloth, a White dragon, is the only being who can ever make sense of Gwimn's muttering (though even he doesn't always understand the strange Olive). Gwimn doesn't seem to know how to fly, and never travels farther than a mile from his den.
