Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Vivre's a shy dragon and difficult to approach. He wasn't that way before, but it changed on Halloween, when a tragic event left its mark on him. Vexen had asked him for help in some 'pretend experiment' he wanted to do to set up the festive mood. Vivre agreed and followed the Winter, even though Vexen had quite the disturbing reputation. He was led into a hidden cave, where some other dragons and hatchlings were talking and wondering what the plan was about. Vivre happily joined them, allowing the hatchlings to play with the cape of his costume. Then, a loud noise was heard, and the only exit was sealed.

Vivre never told anyone what happened between then and the moment he dragged himself to the main cave, mortally wounded, using his dying breath to beg everyone to go to that cave. He was the only of Vexen's victims to be successfully revived, and as such, has acquired an appreciation for life very few have. As to what happened on that day... maybe it's best left unknown.
