White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

ShineSnowing is a very calm and gentle dragon. She is one of the most likable dragons in her cave because she is always seen moving around the cave helping dragons. Whether it is bringing dragons food, watching hatchlings, or listening to other dragons' problems she is always ready to help. She is a loving dragon but will never be a mother. This is because she took an oath. It was a snowy day and she had never seen snow before. It was cold and soft and wonderful, she pranced around in it and laughed. Then a dragon appeared made entirely out of snow and asked her whether she would like to be a helper like her. ShineSnowing said yes and swore to help whenever she could, her name was given to her by the Snow dragon and by doing this she could not have a family. Having to look after some dragons in particular could stop her from living her oath and taking care of all the dragons of her cave. She has not regretted the oath since the day she took it and still sees the Snow dragon around the cave.
