Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Clinohutem Mystal SecondSun (Clan Mystal) was born of pure Magi blood as the 126th dragon of the clan cave. His arrival marked a special event for his father, Clinohumbry, who began to shed some of his emotional baggage at the prospect of parenthood. Unfortunately, a rather bitter and fierce rivalry has developed with his brother Clinohumdriet who seems to worry that he will eventually lose his place within the clan cave to his pureblood younger sibling. This concern is far from realistic because Clinohutem has no real interest in anything of the kind, but seems to enjoy antagonizing his elder kin. Beyond their competition, he spends much of his time with the arts of magic, drawing on the strength of his lineage to build and grow, striving each day to better himself and find his own way in the world, and the clan cave. The Clan Mother and the Elder Magi both hope that time will soften his rather rough edges, although sadly, he pays little heed to their concerns.
