Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Mhorgana, and his twin sister Mhorgan, constantly switched places as hatchlings. They loved confusing their owner, and the other hatchlings so much that they eventually just switched placed for good, each taking on the other's name. Though very similar, the twins do have certain differences. Mhorgana is the more sedated, preferring to simply watch as his sister gets into fights. By no means does this imply that he is any less of a fighter than she. He can be completely brutal if the occasion calls for it, But seeing as his sister prefers to do the fighting, he allows her to. Occasionally, however, she bites off more than she can chew, and he must go and assist her in the fighting.
