Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

While Hades Light struggles to get noticed by his clan, his fellow Sunsong Amphiptere Mula serenity takes full advantage of her temporary invisibility. Mula likes to spy on people and other dragons. Because Mula is a Sunsong Amphiptere people only see her when it is extremely sunny. Even when such weather occurs they only see her from a distance. Others don't even know that she is right under their noses. Only dragons with very acute hearing, smell or other traits that could detect others without seeing them might know that she could be spying on them. Mula loves drama, gossip and is extremely curious. Mula sees herself as if she is sitting in a cinema but then watching a show that is real, pure and live. Mula also has found a solution for her invisibility if she does wants to be seen by her clan. She just takes a mud bath without cleaning herself afterwards. She only does this if she wants to alert her clan. Because Hades is very hygienic he refuses to do Mula's method.
