White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Chanlyeya and his mate Isqesis can both trace their lineage back quite far. Chanlyeya is seventh generation himself and very proud to be carrying on the family blood line. Chanlyeya  is quite the pacifist and he and Isqesis enjoy a vegetarian household. This means Chanlyeya must forage more often particularly with the large clutches Isqesis is prone to laying. He is however happy to do so. He enjoys his mate very much and is never happier than when taking care of his family. His name means drifted snow and truly when out in the snow during winter he is very hard to see almost as though he becomes one with the snow as he searches for winter lichen and other nourishing plants.
