Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called “pods.” Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often “play” with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Bluufa is a troublesome dragon, usually doing the wrong things at the wrong time. He goes swimming when he should be helping the other water dragons gather food, sleeps when it's time to go and visit the deep sea dragons, who were born of "Sharz Cavern", and makes a lot of noise when the other dragons are trying to rest. He gets into a lot of trouble by his mother, Bluufi. She feels disgraced by having named her son after her second favorite sea current, because of his behaviour.
