Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Unlike the other hatchlings, this one hatched with wings.

And look! Its back legs have become a second set of wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Comic is quite a joker. She's always adding punch lines to the end of other dragons' statements, which has led to quite a few of the more serious adults becoming intensely annoyed with her. Among the hatchlings, however, she is incredibly popular, since her routines and witty remarks help the coldest winter days pass by quickly.
