Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Prince Lightning Flier is a stormy-weathergray type dragon. His favorate type of weather is stormy-days, if he is in America and if he can't find a state that has bad weather he will fly to another country with bad weather. Through a close human friend he learned a little bit of English(the language), enough to tell what is on the weather channel and where to go. In cities he camouflages himself as a greyraining cloud so he can get close to the T.V., he also drops little hail bails on the remote so it changes to the weather channel, then drifts away without anyone knowing that cloud was a dragon. As his name describes he is happiest when there is lightning around, when lightning strikes he flies spiralling around them. When natural lightning strikes his weather-contol power is stronger and he is happier, but his power over weather is decreased when he has to make organic lightning to sustain himself.
