Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Hush the Guide believes that libraries should be places of silence. They will seek out anyone speaking above a whisper and hover in front of them looking disapproving until the noise stops. Hush can't do anything to enforce silence, even speak, but most dragons will quiet down anyway.
