Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sunset's Eve is, in a word, arrogant. He is stubborn and sometimes thinks a bit too highly of himself. However, he is by far the strongest and largest of the male dragons living in Phoenixlover's realm. Most of the dragons think of him as the 'alpha' or 'dominant male,' so most consider him as leader of their group, save for those who choose to live alone. Though he is the leader, since he is most active at night, he allows Echoing Whispers, the oldest male dragon of the group, to take charge of most things during the day. Though Sunset's Eve mainly chooses to be on his own most of the time, he is fierce, and willing to lend a hand when someone needs it.
