Failed attempts to experiment with magic often result in transforming dragons into these hellish creatures. They are extremely dangerous, and will mindlessly kill any living creature without regard to friend or foe.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pygmy dragons are the smallest category of dragons, being on the same scale as domesticated animals. They are often found around concentrated populations of dragons, relying on their larger brethren to ward away potential predators and leave scraps. As such, the majority of a pygmy’s diet is scavenged. Due to their tiny size, pygmies do not breed with larger varieties of dragons.

Everyone loved Pygmy Flowers, she always brought out the good in everyone in the clan, and happened to be a beloved friend of Pygmy Lord. Halloween night 2009 was unforgiving, claiming the lives of three of the dragons of the clan, Pygmy Flowers was one of them. It struck the clan hard, and Pygmy Lord became filled with sorrow. Becoming a Zombie, Pygmy Flowers now roams the land lost, and when her friends hear her voice in the wind, they turn only to see a monster staring at them. Pygmy Lord believes that he can see emotion in her torn and scared eyes, but he too flies away.
