Nebula Dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula Dragons will be exactly the same.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Shadowy Nebula is the witty and sly leader of the Darkness Tribe. Like all the dragons in this tribe, her name begins with some substance of darkness, in her case, Shadow Nebula, or Shadowy Nebula, as she prefers to be called. As leader of this roaming clan, she has certain responsibilities, such as ensuring that her clan is not attacked by their arch nemesis, the Oceane Clan, for they share a mutual hatred for each other.

Shadowy Nebula has many secrets of her own, although she is definitely the most trustworthy of her tribe, for they harbor many lies and tall tales and secrets within their mind. At least, that's what many suspect about her, although to tell the truth she is quick to lie to get out of things. Her beauty and charming attitude, however, have harbored her a definite position in the hearts of many males, such as Draegon Lights, who is so smitten with her that he gives her all the information on the Draegon Palace, so that she knows more about it then people think...
