As the nocturnal relative to Sunbeam Drakes, Moonglow Drakes are a secretive breed most active under the light of the moons and stars. They are wary of others, but are known to have incredible loyalty should their trust be won. Catching sight of Moonglow Drakes as they dance amid the moonlight is seen as a favorable omen by those they live near, and tamed individuals are common. They are slightly smaller than their cousins, averaging around the size of a cat.

Though it may appear at first that dragons and drakes have much in common, the two are completely separate species. Drakes are smaller and less intelligent than their cousin species, though both dragons and drakes sit comfortably near the top of the food chain. They are always found bearing antlers and leathery wings. Drakes share many of the same habitats that dragons do, and typically hunt in packs.

Never in all the tomes of the world, had such a dragon as Poppycock existed. An anomaly among the Night Glories, he was always one who enjoyed attention. One could often see him under the moon, the iridescent sheen of his wings illuminated by the weak light. And he would croon a song so melodious, that dragons far and wide, would come to hear him.

Poppycock was a vain little thing, always fretting over his appearance. He would look 110 in public, and no less!

Perhaps it was for this reason that he became something of an idol among his peers.
