Ridgewing Dragons live just below the snow level on the upper slopes of mountains. They are a friendly, playful breed and enjoy dancing in wind currents near their homes or plummeting down into valleys from great heights. Their wings, by far their most striking feature, grow in fin-like ridges along their backs. While their bodies lack markings to blend better with their surroundings, a ridgewing’s wings have bright markings in the colors of the flowers that grow in their mountain habitat. Occasionally different-colored individuals can be found, but they are rare because their striking coloring offers little protection.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

They've been after him for years now. He's fooled them in too many ways. When they think they have him, with a flick of his wrist there's a pillow of smoke and he's gone.

Finaj is better known as Fin, or also known as the Trickster.

It all started when he was little. He always had a rather twisted sense of humor. There was one time when he chased around Macau for three months, singing the same nine words: "I know a song that gets on everybody's nerves." Mostly his pranks were just like that. They were warranted and not pleasant, but survivable. Until Fin learned the truth about his friend Nytez's death. He wasn't killed in battle but murdered by his own clan.

That's when Fin snapped. He roams the land, hunting out anyone he sees as having their moral compass pointing a little too far south. Human, dragon, or animal, he deals out ironic justice. When he attacked one of Ferox's members, they let the Elders clan, his old family, know and ever since he has been hunted by both.
