White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Zeroun is a common white dragon, if a bit more slender and feminine than most. He is the undisputed Khal (king) of all the dragons in his Khalasaar (tribe), and is mated with his Khaleesi (queen), Laraine. Compared to most dragons, even among the white ones, he is very sympathetic with all things living, and even seems to go into a depressive state if and when a member of his Khalassar dies. Khal Zeroun's Kor (second-in-command) is the Magi Dragon Gwyndion. The two are fast friends. He has three Xos (advisers), and ten Kos (warriors) to help him maintain control and peace among his subjects and territory. Zeroun is much loved for his kindness and fairness in leadership, though he sadly lacks in battle prowess due to his pacifist nature. He relies upon his Kor, Gwyndion, where matters of battle are concerned.
