This breed of dragon results from eggs or hatchlings that have been neglected. They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them. However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Once there was a boy who wanted a dragon so fiercely that none of the laws mattered. He stole into a noble's barns one night, for they alone could own dragons, and took an egg from a freshly laid clutch. The mother noticed, but she smiled and pretended she hadn't seen.

The dragon loved her boy very much. They spent all the time they could together and enjoyed it all. But then the men came. They took her away. She struggled and bit the man in gold that they gave her to. After that they put her somewhere dark and cold and left her there for a very long time.

When she was old and cunning, she escaped. But she could not find her boy. There was one who smelled like him, living in a cage like hers, but he was too old and he did not recognize her. But he smelled like him, and so she set him free. Together they tore that castle down and freed many people, and when that justice had been done, their eyes met... and saw something familiar, something loved, something they would never lose again.
