Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It is rather pale in color and likes to sleep while balancing on one leg.

And look! It has grown wings and a large head crest! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Hikari aka is a very proud dragon. He considers himself very masculine and strong so he does not like being pink. He is always doing dangerous stuff in order to prove to himself and others that he is a strong male dragon and not a female. He likes to tell people that he is not pink, he is a light red. This makes him feel better, but it does not change the fact that his skin is pink.

His name means light red.
