Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s brightly colored and chirps quite often.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Quite shy, she tends to stay in dark corners and is extremely wary of any other hatchlings and especially grown dragons and humans. Despite this nature, she seems protective of a guardian hatchling that is spiteful of most living things. Together, they ramble on to each other in loud squawks and shrills, taking turns foraging and catching small rodents.
