Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Kanio is easily recognized as one of the newer folks in Nakeurei's Clan. He is timid, for the deep mists that surround him from the skies often come to him as a warning from his leader, whom of which picks on this cautious Silver for not rightfully doing his duties. The rest of the clan see him as the reluctant, awkward type. Slightly shy, at that. However, he does possess a hidden personality, a mystery to most others and known to only Alevi, a familiar male Silver. His history as a hatchling is cloudy, as he was raised away from the other dragons in the clan's cave. The only shard of his history as are that he was raised with 2 other male dragons: Soti, a paper, and Alevi.
