Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Foreboding has adopted an acute magical power of seeing partially into the future which he was originally attempting to utilize for battle strategies. He cannot one-hundred percent accurately predict anything, he can only hazily get an idea. The catch to the ability is that he can only see the bad things that are going to happen to other dragons. He sees visions of injuries, of deaths, and of losses in friends and family. All of the visions disturbed him so greatly to the point where he sought refuge in the Clan of Negativity. Despite having the ability to utilize his magical power, he has never once told a dragon of his visions of their future misfortunes, but hides away in his newly-found clan and tries to get along with his life.
