Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Fivgyg loves the number five.  She does almost anything involving five.  Every day she can be heard reciting her times five multiplication tables.  Fivgyg does a lot of dividing by five for the sake of her mate, Decimal, who is crazy about dividing things and using decimals where there is a remainder.  Fivgyg is a very busy counter of things that come in fives.  Every morning and evening at 5:00 sharp, Fivgyg will interrupt everything to say a prayer to the God of Five.  The prayer is called "Five is Super" and goes "Five is wonderful, Five is great, Five is half of Ten, and a fifth of Twenty-Five.  Five is super, and you are even better, God of Five."
